Veggie Chili


This is a very filling meal, easy to make..
→ Serves 2 , Per Serving: Calories 287, Carbs 45, Fat 4, Protein 20.


Ingredients

→ Green – Bell Pepper – 130 grams chopped
→ Celery – 150 grams chopped
→ Green Onion – 1/4 cup chopped
→ Tomato sauce – 0.3 cup
→ Tofurky – Ground Beef Style – 0.666 cup (2 servings)
→ Westbrae Natural – Organic Chili Beans – 1 container (1 1/2 cup (130g) ea.)
→ Garlic – Raw, 1 clove chopped
→ Chili Power – to taste
→ Salt/Pepper – to taste
1 cup water (add more if needed)

→ Mix all ingredients togather, and cook for 25 to 30 mins.
or until tender..
